Minions

Why "Minions"?

When founder Joel Kath bought a 130-year-old bar sight unseen from an online auction while working in Arizona, he had no idea what came next. The building was set to be demolished in just 48 hours—so he called in reinforcements. A dozen loyal friends, now affectionately known as “the Minions,” answered the call. They hauled the 16-foot bar up a jackknife staircase without leaving a single scratch. The name is a toast to their hustle, heart, and the kind of friendships that make the impossible happen.
