Combine Minions Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain into a champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon curl.

Caramel cream

Rim a rocks glass with coarse sea salt and fill with ice. In a mixing glass combine 2Docks Coffee Liqueur, 2Docks Cream Liqueur and warmed caramel syrup, and stir over ice. Strain into the rimmed glass and add caramel bits.

Van Skap Caesar

In a shaker combine Minions Van Skap Aquavit, clamato and house seasoning shake over ice until well chilled. Strain into a rimmed martini glass. Garnish with olives and baby pickles.

Old Tom's Winter Sangria

In a large pitcher, combine Old Tom, sugar, orange and apple slices. Let stand for 15-30 min stirring occasionally. Add dry red wine and orange juice. To serve, fill glass with ice, pour 3/4 glass of sangria mix and top with club soda. Garnish with apple and orange slices and enjoy!

Grilled Bloody Mary

To make this cocktail really pop, start with grilling halved lemons and juice them into a pint glass with ice. Next, add Worcestershire, black pepper, cayenne and horseradish to taste. finally, add Minions Van Skap Aquavit, tomato juice & Clamato. Garnish with your favorite Bloody Mary garnishes and drink up!

Harvest Sour

In a shaker with ice combine Harvest Blend, lemon juice and simple syrup and shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Place a bar spoon bottom side up just above the cocktail and slowly pour the dry red wine over the whiskey mix.

Docked apple soda

Lightly muddle apple slices with bitters and add 2Docks Vodka, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker, shake over ice until well chilled, strain into a tall glass with ice and top with soda water, garnish with rosemary sprig and apple slices

Reserve Mule

In a mule mug combine Minions Barreled Reserve Gin, ginger beer, lime and orange juice. Fill with ice and top with 2 dashes of orange bitters and garnish with orange slice and cinnamon stick.


Combine Glen Fargo American Malt Whiskey, vermouth and bitters in a shaker add ice and stir. Rub orange peel around coupe glass rim. Strain cocktail garnish with 1-2 cherries

Hard Harvest cider

Combine Harvest Blend by Crooked Furrow, Fire by Proof, apple cider, dry hard cider, lemon juice, orange bitters in a large wine glass with ice. top with ginger beer and garnish with apple slices and rosemary.
